When will I be billed for my Crop Addict kit?
We bill on the 1st of the month. If you have joined after the first of the month, you will be billed at the time you join.

When are the Crop Addict kits shipped?
We ship on the 7th of the month. If the 7th is a weekend or US holiday, your kit will be shipped the next available business day. We ship via the USPS Priority Mail, Fedex and UPS.

If you've just joined and the current month's kit is available, your kit will be shipped immediately. If the current monthly kit is sold out, your subscription will begin the next month and your kit will be shipped on the 7th.

What type of memberships do you offer?
We offer a single month purchase and 6 month membership. By becoming a member you have agreed to purchase the Crop Addict monthly kit for a minimum of 6 months. Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of each month for the current month's kit for the term of your membership. For example: your credit card is charged on February 1st, the February kit will be shipped to you on the 7th. New members joining after the 7th of the month will receive the current month's kit (if kits are still available) or receive the next month's kit.

A 6 month subscription is $28 per month plus shipping. Actual shipping costs are determined by weight and which shipping method you choose; we offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail, Fedex and UPS. We ship both domestically and Internationally.

Why do you charge actual shipping costs vs. a flat rate fee?
Actual shipping costs vs. a flat rate fee saves you money. Flat rate fees usually add handling fees. At Crop Addict we do not charge any handling fees, only actual shipping costs.

Can I buy a single Crop Addict monthly kit instead of a subscription?
Yes, you can buy a single month's kit without having to subscribe. The cost of a single month's kit is $32 plus shipping. If I can buy a monthly kit, what are the advantages of a Crop Addict Monthly Kit subscription?
1) By subscribing, you are guaranteed to receive a Crop Addict Monthly kit. Without a subscription we can not guarantee that the kit you want will be available for purchase.

2) Members save money. 6 month subscribers save $4 each month off the individual month price.

3) Get caught up. Are you behind in your croppin? Leave the stress somewhere else and get back to the business of cropping. Your gorgeous Crop Addict kit will arrive each month to help inspire and motivate you to scrapbook.

4) Designs at your doorstep. The Crop Addict kit will save you time and money by delivering a bounty of coordinating scrapbook goodies every month complete with layout and project ideas. No more roaming the aisles of your LSS trying to find the right cardstock and embellishments or having to drive for hours when you can sit and patiently (or not) waiting for the mailman.

Can I buy a past kit?
If we still have kits in stock you can buy a past kit. The cost of a past kit is $32 plus shipping. To buy a past kit, simply add it to your cart.

Can I skip a month?
Unfortunately, we no longer allow skips.

I LOVED this month's Crop Addict kit, I have a subscription, can I buy another kit for a friend or as a gift?
You sure can! Just click on the buy button and the monthly kit of your choice will be added to your cart at the single purchase rate of $32. If you don't want the kit shipped right away please let us know to wait and ship it along with your next month's kit.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Naturally! After all, a Crop Addict monthly kit subscription is the perfect gift! Just select the 6 month gift subscription, or the 1 month gift subscription for the monthly kit. You can choose to be billed each month or prepay the entire subscription. If purchasing a single month's kit for a gift you can give them the freedom to choose which kit they would like to receive. Along with the gift kit or first kit for monthly subscribers we'll send a card to the recipient letting them know you gave them the kit.

Monthly Kit Option
The Crop Addict kits are so full of product that you won't need to order optional items to pump up your kit. Because there are so many awesome scrapbook supplies out there and we can only put so much in your kit to keep the price reasonable, for those of you who want it all, we've created a Monthly Kit Option.

Monthly Kit Option items are carefully selected to supplement the Crop Addict monthly kit. These optional items will vary depending on the kit contents. Interested? Simply add the monthly kit option to your cart.

Shipping costs for the Monthly Kit Option will be added to your cost. But no worries about the extra cost because purchases of $100 or more are shipped for free to the United States! Free shipping on purchases of $100 or more is limited to the United States.

Monthly kit items and/or additional scrapbook supplies must be ordered by the 25th of the month to be included with your next kit shipment. We will automatically ship these items to you with your next kit unless you tell us to ship them immediately. If you prefer immediate shipment, shipping costs will apply.

What about other products? Can I buy other scrapbook supplies, not necessarily the Monthly Kit Option and have them shipped with my monthly kit?
You betcha! You can buy anything you like from the Crop Addict store and have all of them included with our next monthly kit. Just place your order before our kit is due to ship. Simply put the special shipping code (sent to you in your welcome kit subscription email) to avoid the shipping charge. All extra items and the monthly kit will be shipped with your monthly kit on the 7th of the month.

Where can I find ideas for using the contents of my Crop Addict kit?
With a six month subscription you'll be granted Kit Forum access to the instruction sheet, featuring step by step instructions for selected layouts and project/s created by the Crop Addict Design Team. More ideas can be found in the Idea Gallery. Questions about our kits and how to complete any of the layouts and projects can be asked on our Crop Talk message board forum.

How do I renew my membership?
Our six month subscriptions are re-occurring so you will never have to worry about your subscription ending before you are ready. It's as simple as that.

How do I cancel my membership?
While we think the Crop Addict monthly kits totally rock, we appreciate the diversity of scrapbookers and realize that some of you may choose to cancel your membership because your scrapbooking style or financial circumstances have changed.

To cancel your membership after your subscription period just let us know by the 25th of the month to prevent your credit card from being billed for the following month. ie. Your membership ends in July, email us by July 25th and we can cancel your renewal without penalty.

To cancel your Crop Addict membership mid subscription or early:
If you decide to cancel your membership mid subscription or early there is a $15 cancellation penalty plus the $4 per month cost difference from a subscription and a single kit purchase.

What if my kit arrives damaged?
We do everything possible to ensure that your Crop Addict monthly kit will arrive unblemished. But we do understand that sometimes things happen along the way. Should your kit or parts of your kit arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and we will send you details on how to return the damaged product to us as well as when we'll send the replacement product to you.

I have a subscription and want to send my kit back, how do I do that?
While we're confident you'll love every one of the Crop Addict kits we realize there could be an instance where you'll need to return one. To return a kit you will need to contact us for a return authorization number before sending it back to us. The entire contents of the unopened, unused Crop Addict monthly kit must be returned to us in completely undamaged sellable condition within 5 days of receipt. If the Crop Addict kit has been opened or damaged in any way you will be charged the full cost of the kit. Shipping costs are not refundable. Unopened, undamaged returned kits once received will be credited to your account and your subscription will be extended by one month. Please note: A restocking fee of 20% of your kit cost will be charged.

As a reminder, we offer a preview of our kit 1 week prior to shipping, we ask that you notify us by the 25th of the current month if you do not want your kit sent that month.

I bought a single monthly kit and changed my mind, can I send it back?
Buyer's remorse affects all of us. But no fear, Crop Addict accepts returns. Simply return your new, unused, unopened, undamaged sellable items in their original packaging along with a copy of your invoice via insured United States mail or UPS within 30 days of ordering for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Please note: if your shipment qualified for free shipping and you have returned any or all of your purchases you will be charged actual shipping for your order. If there is a discrepancy with your order: If we have failed to include an item that you ordered with your shipment the missing items will be shipped to you at no cost to you.

California residents and all kits and scrapbook items shipped to California will pay 9.25% sales tax

Do I need to join to shop?
Nope but we hope that you'll want to become a member of the Crop Addict community. Advantages to joining:

1) Your shopping cart will be saved if you decide to come back later and finish shopping.

2) Membership in the Crop Addict Loyalty and Frequent Buyer program. Members' store purchases earn you store credits and discounts.

3) Members can post on the Crop Talk forums and message board and upload images to the Gallery.
