Return Policy
All sales are final. Crop Addict does not accept returns.
If there is a discrepancy with your order: If we have failed to include an item that you ordered with your shipment the missing items will be shipped to you at no cost to you.If an item has arrived damaged, defective or is missing parts, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) so that we can see what needs to be done to correct the situation. We use the utmost care when packing your orders and in most cases we are not responsible for damages in transit.
Should your kit or parts of your kit arrive damaged, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) and we will send you details on how to return the damaged product to us as well as when we'll send the replacement product to you.
